We believe that human beings are at their absolute best when they are worshipping the God who made them.
For that reason, worship is central to our life together at Hope.
As we worship, we hear God’s powerful Word, we sing God’s praises, we receive God’s forgiveness, and we respond to God with our prayers. Worship is our most profound encounter with God. Worship is our nearest experience of eternity!
We invite you to worship with us.
Holy Communion at Hope
It's not just "communion" it's "Holy Communion." That is an important distinction.
We believe that by the mysterious power of God, Jesus Christ is truly present with us when we eat and drink the elements of Holy Communion (bread and wine). The Bible does not explain how this happens. It simply says that Jesus offered "bread" and said, "this is my body." Then Jesus offered a cup of wine and said, "this is my blood." We believe that in, with, and under common bread and wine, Jesus' body and blood are also present forgiving us and renewing our faith.
